Who I Am

Breathing new life into the old requires more than creativity. As anyone who has dedicated their time to Upcycling knows, it's not simply about repurposing. My approach is rooted in blending imaginative design with strategic market positioning. I'm all about discovering untapped potential and transforming a piece into something fabulous. Innovation often springs from humble beginnings.

With more than two decades of experience in apparel development, I possess a strong understanding of clothing anatomy, silhouettes, fabrication, garment construction, and fabric finishes. I also hold extensive knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and am experienced in navigating the product development cycle from concept to production. I utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for flat sketching and technical drawings.

Thriving in collaborative team environments, I am unwaveringly committed to upholding the highest quality standards. As a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada with a degree in Apparel Design and Textiles from Michigan State University, my global perspective fuels my designs. Based in Charlotte, NC, I continue to innovate in the retail industry, marrying aesthetic appeal with functionality and market viability.
